Refund policy

Warranty Policy

  • Coverage: 3-Year Warranty on PEMF Generator Only – includes parts and labor.

  • Exclusions: Attachments are considered personal items and not covered under warranty.

    • Some attachments may be eligible for repair, subject to repair fees and shipping costs.

  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the manufacturer.

Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Exchange for products of equal or greater value.

  • No refunds under this policy.

  • No exchanges after 30 days.

Return Policy

  • 14-Day Return Window for items that are:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

  • Refunds: Issued within 10 business days of receiving the item at the manufacturer.

  • Restocking Fee: 15% applied if:

    • Item is opened, used, or

    • Item is returned after the 14-day window.

After 30 Days

  • No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Damaged Items

  • Damage During Customer Possession or Return Shipping:
    Customer is responsible for full retail cost or repair costs.

  • Damage During Initial Shipping (Manufacturer to Customer):

    • Must be reported within 14 days.

    • Manufacturer will issue a pickup call tag and replace the damaged unit.

    • Inspect the package upon delivery. All PEMF Generators are shipped Signature Required.
